You will interact with our staff during all phases of implementations through a mix of weekly teleconference meetings and scheduled on-site visits. Before a contract is ever signed with us, we will have collaborated with you to define the scope of our services and success metrics.

Our commitment to helping you achieve your goals does not stop upon go-live. As part of the implementation process, we assign and actively involve a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will assume responsibility of the ongoing partnership with you and your staff, guiding their efforts towards the agreed-to success plan. We also offer ongoing technical support and training, all coordinated through your Customer Success Manager.
